FAQ – Delivery

On this page we have collected the most frequently asked questions by our customers about the delivery.

The only orders that can be delivered with a precise slot are the funeral ones. A 4hrs delay is needed for the florist to prepare the funeral order. If the funeral order is needed the morning before 11am, you have to make your order the day before, until 4pm.

For any other orders, we guarantee the delivery on the morning (until 1pm) or during the afternoon (until 8pm).

Note : we cannot guarantee delivery slots during special occasions days (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.) because of the high demand for these periods.

Not every of our bouquets are available for a same-day delivery. Some bouquets and gift sets are created and shipped from our workshop at our local supplier. These items are shipped within 24hrs by carrier.

This is specified under each bouquet with the mention : "available for delivery today" or "available for delivery tomorrow".

Flowers ordered by mail, you can't have delivery instructions (like leave behind the door, or to the neighbor).

Your order will be delivered between 8am and 8pm, without specific slot. However, if you put the recipient's phone number, it will be informed of the delivery man's arrival. If the recipient is not home, a notice of passage will be left.

You can have the same day flowers delivery for products delivered by a local florist.

You can place your order :

- Monday to Friday: until 4pm

- Saturday: until 2pm

- Sunday and Bank Holidays: until 10am

Note: this is not valid for products shipped by our local supplier and delivered by mail.
