Delivery within 4 hours or sameday by a local florist

Once your order has been placed, you receive an order confirmation by email which is the sign that your order is being treated by our system.

According to postcode and city, the delivery day, our system selects the closest local florist . It happens sometimes that  this selected florist can not deliver, for example because of specific flowers or product, then our customer service takes the control to find another florist. That's the reason why sometimes it's not the closest florist who may deliver.

Our priority is our customers' satisfaction and some of our florists do not hesitate to deliver even if the recipient is very far away from the shop, because their mission, our mission is  "to help our customers make their friends, families, collegues and loved ones happy, noticed and remembered"

We all do our best to guarantee that mission. Thanks to our network with professional florists in the whole country, we can offer sameday delivery or within 4 hours every day and on Sunday morning. For a last minute gift, a surprise birthday our florists are there for you.

Before the delivery, it's a tradition that our florists call the recipient before to make sure he/she is at home or arrange a suitable delivery time. When the recipient is not there, the florist leaves a not at home card so that he/she can contact the florist to arrange a new delivery, with no additional cost.

24h express delivery by courier

In our website you have the possibility to order products that are delivered by courier in 24h. These  "direct from producer"  flowers & roses are sent by box. The bouquets have extra freshness guarantee. If you place your order before 4pm they will be delivered the day after, only in the morning between 8:00 and 13:00. When the box is ready and sent, you receive a tracking number by email to follow up the delivery. The courier company is not permitted to call the recipient before and when there is nobody at home, the courier leaves a not at home card with contact information so that the recipient can contact the courier platform either to plan a new delivery, for free, or the recipient can also pick up the box at the platform. If this is a secured place, the box can be left at the door or to a neighbour.
