If you can't see the Live Chat icon on the website, it means that none of our agents are available for the moment or the request is outside our opening hours.
Please note: during peak periods such as Mother's Day, Christmas or Valentine's Day, our response times may be longer.
Our opening hours
• Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
• Saturday: from 9am to 3pm
• Our services are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
