Our conditions & commitments on Mother’s day
- BOUQUET DELIVERED BY A LOCAL FLORIST
Due to extra business in our florists, we can not guarantee any delivery time, all flowers will be delivered withing the day. We thank you for your understanding.
* We will deliver flowers for Mother’s Day at the chosen date, in particular for Sunday 30th May, if you place your order before 10am on Saturday 28th May.
* Orders placed after 10am on Saturday 28th May until Sunday 29th May at 11am when we close the Mother's Day campaign, will be processed and delivered as soon as possible, EITHER on Saturday OR on Sunday. Ordering after 10am on 28th May you accept that we can not garantee the unique choice of Sunday. Our florist will do his/her upmost to respect your choice but the extra business may force to postpone the delivery on Saturday instead.
Before each flower delivery, our florist will contact the recipient to ensure his/her presence. In case of absence, the florist leaves a message card inviting the person to contact the florist back to arrange a new delivery.
Our tip is to choose a "florist design bouquet" as you put all the chances on your side. Our florist will deliver a mother’s day bouquet according to his/her supply and creativity.

Our offer for Mother's Day, it is also gift boxes delivered by courier within 24hrs.
For those items we will deliver on Saturday 28th June during the day for orders placed on before 5pm on May 27th. There is no delivery possible on Sunday.
Our partners, Chronopost and TNT, are not allowed to call the recipient before delivery or give a specific delivery time. Due to extra volume for that specific day, deliveries can be made between 8am to 5pm on Saturday 28th May. Due to covid limitation, all deliveries will happen contactless so no possible to get a signed receipt.
During this peak period (23/05-01/06), we can not make any changes in the order nor cancel any orders within 72h notice before delivery date.
